Field Service Engineer (MT) - Hanoi

Your Role:

• This position is responsible for installation, maintenance and repair machine. Support customer for production and technical problem
• Do machine installation and maintenance follow Trumpf standard process.
• Consult customer for spare parts, consumable part.
• Discuss and check with customer for machine installation condition to make sure installation preparation meet Trumpf standard requirement.
• Follow safety regulation from Trumpf and customer when working at machine.
• Troubleshooting machine problem and fix it. Advice right spare part in case machine need to replace spare part.
• Do training for customer operation, maintenance.
• Communication with customer in effective way before coming to customer for doing mission.
• Meet the timeline for mission.
• Cooperate with inhouse and colleague.
• Escalate technical problems and cooperate with inhouse for supporting in hard situation.
• Do mission report on time.
• Stay up to date with new product introductions.
• Other projects or tasks as assigned by the Service Manager to achieve service KPI.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanic, Automation, Mechatronic, Electrical or other related fields
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Able to travel extensively
• Technical knowledge about hydraulic system, sheet metal process or automation system
• Customer oriented, team player and growth mindset
• Service mind and customer oriented
