About the Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will support customers by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial equipment directly at their sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions
• Deliver technical support and perform preventive maintenance
• Train and support customer operators and maintenance teams
• Collaborate with internal service, engineering, and sales teams
• Prepare service documentation and reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Food and beverage
• Dairy processing
• Pharmaceutical
• Chemical
• Industrial manufacturing

• Field Service Engineer
• Machine Operator
• Maintenance Technician

• Mechanical/Electrical Technician

We are looking for someone who has:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset and good communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the country
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Communicative English
• Technical education (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation – advantage)
• Valid driving license
