Job Description Summary

Field Service Engineer is responsible for Installation, diagnostics, inspection, analysis of technical condition data, repair, preventive maintenance of medical equipment. The role includes going out on the road to visit customers on site, resolving any issues and providing the kind of service.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance and technical inspections

  • Deliver remote diagnostics and technical support using specialized tools

  • Guide customers on equipment operation and best maintenance practices

  • Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records

  • Monitor equipment performance and escalate technical issues when needed

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements


What We're Looking For

  • Higher technical education (Biomedical Engineering or a related field is a plus)

  • Higher technical education from a leading technical university (e.g., Bauman MSTU, MIPT, MEPhI, MIET, MPEI, MIREA, MAI, or equivalent)

    Experience with medical imaging equipment is an advantage

  • Solid understanding of electronics, electrical engineering, and mechanics

  • Knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, magnetic field physics, ultrasound, and X-ray technologies

  • Experience using testing and measurement equipment

  • Confidence working with technical documentation

  • English level sufficient to read technical materials and participate in training programs

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to spend the majority of your time working on customer sites across the region
