Job Description Summary

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Job location: Masovian Voivodeship (main) and additionally: Lodz Voivodeship, Warmia-Masuria Voivodeship, Podlaskie Voivodeship (work on field)


 

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring a range of medical equipment, with a primary focus on a specific modality (CT or MRI),

  • Conducting testing and calibration to ensure optimal system performance,

  • Training medical staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting,

  • Performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of moderate complexity,

  • Maintaining accurate service documentation, including debriefing reports, parts ordering, and KPI tracking,

  • Applying and promoting EHS and compliance standards while coaching others to ensure adherence,

  • Leveraging customer knowledge to support contract retention and drive on-demand service revenue growth,

  • Escalating complex technical issues to senior or more experienced colleagues as needed,

  • Leading customer communications and serving as the primary escalation point for service-related concerns, including installations,

  • Providing remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution for medical equipment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, engineering or similar,

  • Successfully completed Early Career Trainee program or foundational experience in a similar role,

  • Proficient in one modality; developing knowledge in another,

  • EHS champion with strong compliance mindset,

  • Knowledge of Lean & Continuous Improvement principles,

  • In-depth knowledge of all processes and tools related to the role,

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • English: read, understand, and hold conversations,

  • Fluent Polish (must have), 

  • Skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to analyze service data and present findings clearly and effectively,

  • Comfortable using digital tools to analyze performance data and communicate results through structured presentations,

  • Capable of assisting with network setup and troubleshooting for connected medical devices, including IP configuration and basic IT coordination.

Pay Range

For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range:117,600.00PLN-161,700.00PLN

Placement within this range depends on:

  • Relevant skills and qualifications

  • Prior job-related experience

  • Internal equity considerations (alignment with colleagues in similar roles) e.t.c.
