Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our international team and support customers across Poland, Latvia, and the Czech Republic. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys working close to production environments, solving technical challenges, and ensuring high equipment performance directly at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions
• Deliver technical support and preventive maintenance activities
• Train and support customer operators and maintenance teams
• Collaborate closely with internal service, engineering, and sales teams
• Prepare service documentation and reports after interventions
• Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience working in production or industrial environments such as food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries
• Previous experience as a machine operator, maintenance technician, service technician, production engineer, or similar technical role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a field-based environment
• Communicative knowledge of English
