Job description

Columbia and the surrounding Richland County area have a steady stream of property inspection work, and we need dependable local inspectors to help cover it. If you know the area and want flexible paid work that fits around your own schedule, this is an easy way to put your driving time to use.

The current need includes Columbia, Irmo, Gadsden, Eastover, and nearby Richland County areas.

The work is simple. You go to a property, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied or vacant, and submit a short report from your phone. Most visits take about ten to twenty minutes. You are not selling anything, collecting payments, or entering occupied homes.

You are paid per completed inspection by direct deposit. This is independent contractor work, and actual pay depends on the type, volume, and location of completed assignments. As a 1099 contractor, you set your own hours and decide how much work you want to take on.

You will need a reliable vehicle, a valid license, a smartphone, internet access, and the dependability to meet deadlines and follow client instructions. A background check is required.

No experience is needed. We provide free basic training and help you get started with available Columbia and Richland County orders.
