Field Process Engineer （北海道、四日市、北上、熊本）

 

業務内容：世界の半導体メーカー様に世界最高レベルの半導体装置を提供しているラムリサーチのDeposition装置のフィールドプロセスのお仕事です。

●　半導体製造装置の立ち上げ・プロセス性能検証
●　製造装置および生産に関する問題解決のサポート
データ分析、歩留まり改善
●　次世代製造装置の開発サポート
●　お客様へのデモンストレーション
→(お客様の要望に沿うようにプロセス及びハードウエアをカスタマイズし、お客様量産工場でのプロセス開発、生産性改善をサポート)
※開発・デモ及び改善業務で、米国ラムリサーチ本社に行くこともあります。
　 短期間の国内出張（岩手県）もあります。
 
必須の経験・スキル：
 
●　半導体製造装置を理解していること、半導体業界経験3年以上
●　Dry Etch製品を扱った経験および、プロセスエンジニア、エンジニアリング経験が望ましい
●　日本語ビジネスレベル
●　英語（TOEIC目安：600点以上）海外開発拠点と英語でのメールのやり取り、電話会議での会話が必要。流暢でなくても、積極的にコミュニケーションを取れる方が望ましい。
