Field Officer

1. Search for land & farmers according to land criteria, farmer criteria & target (area & time) that have been determined.
2. Conducting socialization activities of PSR program at RT / RW / Dusun & Petani level to convince farmers to be interested in joining PSR program.
3. Establish good relationships with external parties (community leaders & village apparatus).
4. Running daily activities like Program 1: 6: 6, & ensuring the program runs optimally & effectively to get clear & clean land according to target & time set.
5. Recruit agents & optimize Agent in land acquisition efforts according to established criteria.
6. Accompanying surveyors in land measurement to get clear & clean maps.
7. Make a list of Farmers Candidates & Candidates (CP & CL) until the approval process at the level of Cooperatives & Villages.
8. Completing all requirements documents of farmers, land, Cooperatives & signing of partnership agreement 3 parties (Members of Cooperatives, Cooperatives & Partner Companies).
9. Establishment of Cooperation & Legality Management in accordance with applicable regulations.
10. Make regular reports to both HOs, PSMs as well as needy parties such as PMR reports, realization of target acquisition, etc.
11. Assistance in Credit Agreement process with banking.
12. Support the fulfillment of the requirements of Free Prior Informed Consent ("FPIC") Sustainability such as Participatory Mapping (PM), Land Tenure Study (LTS), High Carbon Stock (HCS), High Conservation Value (HCV), & Social Impact Analysis (SIA) .
13. Accompanying PSM operations during the disbursement process, to ensure the extent & boundaries of the land in accordance with the CP & CL list.
14. Monitoring progress of credit disbursement, development & management of the garden.
15. Understanding the strategy of PSR program that has been set to be implemented properly & discipline.
