Field Marketing Representative / Canvasser – $20/hr + Bonuses & Commissions

What You'll Do:

• Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
• Educate homeowners about Window Nation’s window and door solutions
• Generate qualified homeowner leads for our sales team
• Represent Window Nation at local events and community outreach opportunities
• Follow simple scripts and proven lead-generation processes
• Work toward achievable individual and team performance goals

Compensation & Benefits

Pay & Earning Potential:

• Base hourly pay = $20.00 per hour
• Uncapped weekly and monthly bonuses
• Additional commissions and performance incentives
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn $60K-$100K+ annually

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Typical working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 – 6:00 PM
• Some schedule flexibility may occur based on weather, events, or seasonal business needs

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Previous experience working in any of the following is preferred:
  • Retail sales, wireless/mobile sales, or similar
  • Door-to-door outreach, field marketing, lead generation, event marketing
  • Restaurant, hospitality, customer service
  • Fundraising, political canvassing, brand ambassador work
  • Must be comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods of time, with or without accommodation
