Join OrthoCarolina's Marketing team as a Field Marketing Coordinator, where you will play a key role in executing strategic marketing initiatives and fostering meaningful connections within the communities we serve. 

The Field Marketing Coordinator supports marketing initiatives across OrthoCarolina clinics, community locations, partner activations, patient education programs, recruitment marketing opportunities, and internal team moments. This role provides hands-on coordination and execution support for social media, content capture, events, print and collateral projects, community-facing activations, patient education programs, recruitment marketing support, and day-to-day marketing requests. The position helps bring OrthoCarolina stories to life by capturing photo and video content, supporting social media production, coordinating field-based marketing needs, and helping ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately, professionally, and on time. 

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Creative eye for storytelling, social-first content, visual composition, and human-centered marketing. 

  • Comfortable capturing photo and video content in real-world settings, including clinics, events, community locations, and internal team environments. 

  • Basic video editing knowledge or willingness to learn video editing tools, templates, and production workflows. 

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, providers, clinic teams, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders. 

  • Comfortable being out in the field, traveling between locations, and supporting occasional events outside of standard office-based work. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and moving pieces at once. 

  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive, flexible, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications: 

 

Education required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred. 

Experience required: 

  • Experience creating or supporting social media content, including captions, photos, short-form video, scheduling, or content calendars preferred. 

  • Experience supporting events, sponsorships, community outreach, recruitment marketing, or field-based activations preferred. 

  • Experience using social media scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or similar tools preferred. 

  • Experience with basic photo, video, design, or editing tools preferred; willingness to learn required. 

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and collaboration platforms, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
