Relevant experience in building safety, construction, inspection, or fire protection engineering is required.

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles, with significant experience in a field advisory or supervisory capacity.
• Ability to interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ability to review and verify material and equipment specifications against standard requirements.
• Professional Certifications related to inspection of building safety, mechanical systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings.
• Demonstrate ability to inspect and evaluate existing buildings against codes and standards requirements.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
