Here's the job. You head to a property, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied or vacant, and submit a short report from your phone. Most visits take ten to twenty minutes, and you choose the orders closest to you so you're not crossing the whole metro for one stop.

You're paid for every inspection you finish, sent by direct deposit. As a 1099 independent contractor you control your own hours and decide how much work you pick up, which makes this easy to run alongside whatever else you've got going.
