ABOUT THE ROLE:
The AF Solutions Clinical Specialist I will promote and support the Watchman and FARAPULSE product lines by educating current and potential customers within a defined territory. This role combines clinical education, field-based support, and sales strategy to help achieve or exceed sales goals and drive market growth. The Clinical Specialist will work closely with a dynamic team to expand awareness and adoption of Watchman and Farapulse technologies in the field of structural heart, atrial fibrillation therapies and access solutions portfolio.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Clinically support procedures at accounts to gain insight into the specific nuances of each physician and member of the lab staff.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper usage of company products via presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Meet with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrate product value, and train on use.
• Develops relationships with key referring physicians, external fellows, other key physicians to promote market development and growth.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and managers to align field efforts and support regional goals.
• May provide on-call support as necessary, including for case coverage.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with clinical protocols, trial requirements, and regulatory standards

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BA/BS).
• Experience in hospital-based environments, especially within Cardiology, Cath Lab, EP Lab, or Structural Heart procedures.
• Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex product concepts confidently.
• Availability for rotational 24/7/365 on-call duties.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and complete a comprehensive technical training program.
• Proven clinical presence and ability to interact with physicians and multidisciplinary hospital teams.


Preferred Qualifications
• Work experience in Structural Heart, Atrial Fibrillation, or Electrophysiology.
• Master’s degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare-related field.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
