Field Application Engineer, Europe - Reconeyez

Our solar-powered, cellular-connected security solutions are designed for environments where traditional systems fall short — delivering reliable, intelligent monitoring for construction sites, critical infrastructure, and remote assets. As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our growing team. This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role at the intersection of technical expertise, customer success, and sales support.

• Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and onboarding for dealers and integration partners
• Support field deployments, including pilot programs and high-profile installations
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Reconeyez’s cloud platform and third-party systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware connectivity, and software
• Act as a technical escalation point and coordinate with internal teams
• Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities and customer presentations
• Provide hands-on support when required while guiding partners
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering
• Maintain documentation in Pipedrive and Atlassian tools
• Travel extensively (~50%) across Europe.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
• Experience with hardware systems and networking
• Familiarity with VMS or monitoring platforms
• Experience with integrations and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus
• Experience in physical security industry
• Exposure to LTE/networking equipment
• Familiarity with Pipedrive, Jira/Confluence, MS Office, Google Workspace
