Female Room Attendant - Staff

• Located in South Ari Atoll, less than 20 minutes from Velana International Airport by domestic flight. With spectacular azure lagoons and dense jungle at its core, Villa Park is a magical isle open for exploring. Each day invites a sense of escape with exceptional diving, playtime pursuits and secret dining experiences.

Reporting to the Staff Room Supervisor, responsibilities and essential job functions of Room Attendant include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Consistently offer service while supporting Team Members.
• Provide a warm, sincere and engaging service .
• Ensure rooms are cleaned to  standards, which Villa Park Follows.
• Report any maintenance defects in rooms and surrounding areas to Supervisor. 
• Anticipate Staff needs with thoughtful and personal touches.
• Resolve problems and never saying “no” without offering an alternative.
• Clean and stock linen closet at the end of your shift
• Provide night service (refresh rooms in the evening when required)

• Previous housekeeping experience 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must possess a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a demanding, fast paced environment
• Must  be physically fit and have the ability to stand, lift, push and pull for long periods during shift
• Team player with a creative and outgoing personality
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
