Maximus is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Federal Marketing Principal Specialist to lead integrated marketing initiatives supporting our Federal Markets: Defense, Civilian, Federal Healthcare, National Security, and Space Sector business. This highly visible role serves as a critical partner to business development, capture, and growth leaders by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that drive market awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across federal agencies and mission-focused organizations. The Federal Marketing Principal Specialist will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, mission-relevant messaging and value propositions that resonate with government decision-makers and acquisition stakeholders. This individual will leverage deep knowledge of the federal defense marketplace, Department of Defense (DoD) priorities, acquisition processes, budget cycles, and emerging industry trends to develop impactful campaigns, sales enablement programs, executive communications, and customer engagement experiences.
