COMPENSATION: $301,735.20 to $334,724.00

Are you a dedicated Family Medicine Physician with Surgical OB training looking to serve a mission-driven community health center? Open Door CHC is hiring a full-spectrum Family Practice Surgical OB Physician to join our integrated care team in beautiful Northern California. This role offers the rare opportunity to provide outpatient primary care alongside inpatient obstetrics and cesarean delivery services—making a direct impact in a rural, underserved community.

Compensation Range:

$217,235.20-$250,224.00

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage health care needs across the lifespan

• Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including surgical OB (cesarean sections)

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and manage patient treatment plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to provide integrated care

• Participate in OB call rotation — expected at one 24-hour weekday call every other week and one full weekend per month

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Completion of residency in Family Medicine with formal training in Surgical Obstetrics (cesarean delivery privileges required)

• California Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

• DEA license and current BLS/ACLS certification

• Commitment to serving underserved populations and working in a collaborative, team-based model

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience practicing in rural or community health settings

• Spanish or Hmong language skills are a plus
