Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (2.5 hrs from Denver,CO)

A physician owned healthcare facility that has been providing services for over 60 years is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Competitive salary, relocation, loan forgiveness, full benefits, and more are to be offered. 

Requirements:

A nurse practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice registered nurse who has successfully completed a nurse practitioner program, is nationally certified, and authorized by the Board of Nursing. 

The Physician Assistant (PA) must have completed an accredited graduate level college and have acquired (or is acquiring) appropriate board or certificate requirements. Both NP and PA must be able to perform advanced medical functions and certain medical acts, which include but are not limited to, ordering drugs, treatment, and diagnostic services. ACLS certification preferred.

*Ideal candidate will have strong DX skills who knows RX/pharma well for the treatment and care of patients from newborn to adult care (some complex high risk patient populations). Willing to run a Coumadin clinic 1-2 days per week and may pay special attention to a provider who has had good experience in preventative medicine based on nutritional knowledge of plant based diet.
