• 2 Physicians/ Adding a Nurse Practitioner
• Medical Assistants for each physician
• 2 Front office support staff
• 8 exam rooms
• Onsite Lab Services
• Private Physician Offices

• Waiting room

Clinic Hours:

Monday – Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-12

Clinic Patient Population:
• Pediatrics to Geriatrics including Women’s Services
• Patient demand and volume support the need for a new full-time Nurse Practitioner

Requirements:
• MSN (Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• 2-5 years outpatient primary care experience
