FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Pearl Street Medical Clinic | Praxis Health | Eugene, Oregon

Pearl Street Medical Clinic is a well-established, physician-led Primary Care practice in Eugene, Oregon, and part of Praxis Health, the Pacific Northwest's leading independent healthcare network. This 100% outpatient opportunity allows you to practice the full scope of Family Medicine - caring for generations of families, building lasting relationships with patients, and delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care with continuity at its core. With no obstetrics or hospital responsibilities, you'll have the time and support to focus on exceptional patient care while working alongside a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, and genuine connection.

COMPENSATION

  • Year one guarantee: $270,000 (12-month base with practice ramp)
  • Established physician range: $270,000 - $380,000
  • Schedule: 4-day workweek, 36 patient hours per week
  • Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • MD or DO
  • Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
  • Clinical competency in primary care patients across the lifespan

ADMINISTRATIVE & COMPLIANCE DISCLOSURE

The following physical requirements are included per standard credentialing and HR documentation. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Work environment is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings.

This position performs tasks that may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues. All employees in this role are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series
