Family Care Programme Advisor

Salary: £DOE

Hours: 37.5 per week / Monday-Friday

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

Location: London Office - Fully onsite role

This is an Office based role with flexibility of WFH 1 day per week

Purpose of the Role:

  • Provide expert support and guidance across the EMEA Family Care Programme.
  • Manage complex parenting leave cases, ensuring accurate advice, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
  • Partner with HR teams and stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver high-quality case management and programme support.
  • Drive continuous improvement, maintain programme resources, and support key Family Care initiatives across the EMEA region.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide expert support across the EMEA Family Care Programme.
  • Manage complex parenting leave cases and policy queries across multiple countries.
  • Ensure accurate case management, compliance, and timely resolution of escalations.
  • Partner with HR and key stakeholders to support employees and improve the programme.
  • Maintain EMEA resources, support projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues while delivering an excellent employee experience.

Essential / Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • EMEA HR advisory experience, including complex and sensitive case management (Essential)
  • Knowledge of EMEA leave policies and multi-country HR processes (Essential)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment (Essential)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills (Essential)
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) (Essential)
  • Experience supporting EMEA-wide projects (Desirable)
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach (Desirable)
