Faculty

·       Teach a full load of courses, consisting of 15 credit hours per semester and 30 credit hours for the 9-month contract. Courses assigned may include a combination of Communications and English courses, depending on departmental needs and student demand.

·       Develop and update course syllabi, course content, assessments, and instructional materials aligned with program and institutional learning outcomes.

·       Advise and mentor students within the degree programs of the School of Business, Arts, and Sciences

·       Participate in college and departmental meetings, serve on committees, and contribute to accreditation and assessment processes.

·       Maintain office hours to support student advising and mentoring.

·       Participate in college services, including committees, and student recruitment

·       Participate in professional development

·       Attend graduation ceremonies and other events and activities as assigned
