Factory Order Management Specialist

Job Description

As a FOM Specialist you will be a part of Factory Order Management team collaborating with our factories over the world, internal and external business partners& execution and proactive daily monitoring of all shipments.

You are responsible for:

• Pre-screening and analyzing orders
• Managing order returns, logging the errors
• Analyzing discrepancies between orders and catalogs
• Creating invoices and letting the orders to be shipped
• Cooperating with Sales and Production Planning

You're the right fit if: 

• You have previous relevant experience in fields related to customer service, logistics or supply chain
• You have very good level of English (min. B2 level)
• You have excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers
• You can prioritize tasks and have attention to detail

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
