4.    压缩空气系统日常点检及维护并监督承包商实施月度及年度保养。
5.    行车日常点检及维护并监督承包商实施月度及年度保养。
6.    空调系统日常点检及维护并监督承包商实施月度及年度保养。
7.    卫生间日常维护及维修。
8.    办公楼设施日常巡检及维护。
9.    白夜班倒班工作制度。
