Facilities Technician

Job Summary

Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The role involves troubleshooting faults, conducting inspections, and supporting daily maintenance activities while complying with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment faults to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Work closely with team members and contractors to support maintenance operations.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant maintenance experience is an advantage.
