Description

Haka  Inc. is seeking a Facilities Support, Lead. working for Pacific Command  Headquarters located at the Camp Smith Army Base. The Facilities  Support, Lead provides for building and facilities maintenance to ensure  workspaces are safe and functional.

Duties

• Answer Trouble calls and investigate, determine if the issue is a host responsibility
• Monitoring  room temperature twice a day (morning/evening) using the DDC system to  ensure readings are in compliance with command policy
• Email correspondence with customers and contractors 
• Escorting vendors, contractors and or government employees 
• Capable of reading a building drawing and determining where rooms and or locations that are depicted on the drawing 
• Coordinating facility visits with vendors, contractors and other government employees
• Coordinating and requesting base access with the PMO 
•  Inspecting fire extinguishers and AEDs 
• Facilities inspections: leaking roofs, clogged toilets, inoperable equipment and writing action reports to resolve
• Facilities safety inspections in occupied spaces and identifying safety issues
• Attention to detail, accurately/timely communicating a problem and or a solution 
• Proper  training/ instruction to BLDG personnel on proper use of a  disintegrator, managing schedule for use of disintegrator, dislodging  items in disintegrator, replacing bags for disintegrated items.
• Other facilities duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance 
• Effective Communicator/People Skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Computer literate 
• Driver's License.
