YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
- Lead the project group in the review of all projects with consideration to the following: EHS/Regulatory/Efficiency/Flexibility/Scalability/Utilities usage/lay-out/environmental and the like.
- Lead project group in attending tor stakeholders meeting and alignment and issues resolution.
- Align with Facilities operation related to new project utilities usage and its impact to installed base capacity and initial needed CAR.
- In charge with the Tool Utilities Matrix (TUM) in collaboration with IE.
- Align with the Master plan owner for the needed Facilities outlook 5 years ahead.
- Ensure proper project documentation/buy-off and turn-over.
- To established necessary SOP/LOP and alignment to POR related to project scope.
- Ensure that as-built plans are readily available and accurately update.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Electrical or Mechanical or civil engineering Eng'g, 4 year Technology graduate ( Electrical / Mechanical/ Others).
- With good knowledge of project management, contractor management, cost estimate, material take off, quality inspection and assurance.
- With good knowledge of regulatory compliance such as DOLE/DOE/ERC/PEZA/BFP.
- With good communication and presentation skill.
- With good problem-solving knowledge and firm decision making.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant facilities operation and maintenance experience in a semiconductor company or related industry handling project planning and engineering/ designs.
- With commendable leadership handling/leading projects.
- With good knowledge of contractor/outsource management.
- With relevant experience doing technical report/presentation/training.
