Experiencewith PDU shutdown for power meter replacement. Experience withbuilding management systems (EPMS) Experience with System controlpanel preventative maintenance Experience with UninterruptiblePower Supply (UPS) preventative maintenancePlusses QualifiedElectrical Worker Previous datacenter experience a plusDay-to-DayInsight Global is seeking a talented and motivated professional tojoin a large technology client as a Critical Environment DataCenter Technician with a focus on Electrical Systems. This personwill Perform basic monitoring of the performance of maintenance andoperations of equipment (e.g., electrical, mechanical, fire/lifesafety) within the data center. Safely assists in providingemergency monitoring and response to various abnormal conditionswith supervision, utilizing emergency operating procedures (EOPs).Works on tasks (e.g., making rounds, initial assessments onequipment performance) as assigned with limitedsupervision.Responsibilities include: Take daily operationalreadings of all electrical equipment through routine rounds/logtaking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.) Ability to followoperating procedures (SOPs) for critical environment planned workactivities Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to whileperforming work and comply with all physical security proceduresand policies Assist in the troubleshooting, repair and replacementof instrument sensors and calibration. support electricalinfrastructures throughout datacenter campus ranging from a single,large-capacity facility to several smaller ones
