1. Service person is responsible for the Facilities provides support services such as 
2. purchasing, 
3. catering,
4.  mail delivery and collection, 
5. archive management, and fax operations, reception, 
6. hospitality and meeting room support, 
7. direct mail and publication distribution,
8.  health and safety compliance and premises security.
