Facilities associate - Luxe Golf Bays

Overview
Luxe Golf Bays is the newest cutting-edge entertainment destination in the heart of Franklin, WI. We are a high-tech sports entertainment and event destination, located in the Ballpark Commons. We are seeking experienced custodians for our facilities staff to support the operations and our industry leading hospitality. This role will work diligently to support all departments, maintain our building to the highest standards, interact with Guests and ensure the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all housekeeping tasks as directed by Operations and Facilities management
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment with the Maintenance Dept

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Ability to stoop and bend
• Ability to work in high-temperature conditions (up to 100 degrees) or cold temperature conditions (below freezing) for extended periods of time
• Ability to work holidays and weekends
