Facilities Associate Engineer

Job Description:

- Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues and attend to repairs.
- Conduct electrical and plumbing maintenance.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC and Wastewater systems.
- Assist with hook-up work on buildings and equipment as required.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained according to safety regulations and standards
- Perform maintenance checks on various types of facility equipment.
- Maintain records and reports on maintenance and daily activities.
- Assist other departments with their facility support needs.
- Monitor, order, and receive chemicals for facility operation.
- Collect water samples and arrange for their collection.
- Maintain the facility system spares and track the orders.
- Coordinate waste disposal with the waste collector.
- Supervise vendors and contractors to support facility areas of responsibilities.
- Be able to work independently without supervision.
- Attend call-in duties.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines, or at least 5 years experience working in the semiconductor factory facilities area.
