• Bearbeitung von Retouren und Klärfällen

• Annahme und Erfassung von Retourensendungen

• Kontrolle der Retouren

• Dokumentation der Retouren im LVS bzw. ERP System

• Administrative Tätigkeiten im Retourenbereich (Gutschriften, Dokumentation, Ablage)

• Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen und Mandanten

• Pflege von Stammdaten im ERP- bzw. Warehouse-Management-System

.

Dein Profil

• Du hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Lager oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung

• Deine Hands On Mentalität zeichnet dich aus

• Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse, SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil

• Du verfügst über einen kunden- und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil

• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Engagement runden dein Profil ab“
