Job description

Aureol Global Connections is looking for 8 talented Fabricators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials to create high-quality products and structures. You will work with a variety of materials, including metal, plastic, and composites, following specifications and blueprints closely. Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to fabricate parts accurately.
  • Cut, shape, and assemble materials using various hand and power tools according to project requirements.
  • Perform welding, soldering, and other joining techniques to produce durable and high-quality products.
  • Inspect fabricated components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.
  • Keep track of materials used and assist in inventory management as necessary.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on new fabrication techniques.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in fabrication is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar role within the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina for handling tools and materials.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work on various job sites as required.
