External Affairs Senior Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the market access work of the central government and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, including IVD pricing code, DRG/ DIP and other reimbursement measures, VBP of Biological, New Product Introduction and fast access, Commercial Insurance of innovative products, new access model, etc.  
• Fully support Danaher's diagnostic, life science, and biotechnology business.
• Maintain and expand client network to cover core stakeholders of NHSA, NHC (market access related), provincial HSA of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
• Monitoring, tracking and in-depth analysis of policies in the healthcare sector. Deliver routine or deep-dive or ad-hoc analysis reports on demand, to support business decision-making or implementation.
• Work closely with the business team in solving business issues, policy interpretation, external partnership, and formulating access strategies.
• Lead the design and execution of external projects independently with excellent project management skills.
• Work with ExA peers on other key initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in medicine, pharmacy, public health, management, etc.​
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, with at least 2 years in central market access roles.
• A strong customer relationship network in the fields of central or provincial market access.
• Strong policy analysis and research skills, proficient in writing professional analysis reports.​
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and team management skills
• Be able to work under pressure, willing to be able to do additional work and be proactive.
