This position is responsible for managing the real estate strategy and performance for the assigned portfolio in alignment with IBM’s business strategy. This is a high-profile role requiring direct interaction with senior executives across multiple business units and you will work effectively in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
 
The Portfolio Manager maintains the primary Real Estate relationship with local client leaders and site location executives (SLEs) and is the single point of contact for the clients to govern and coordinate all real estate-related activities and partners with all real estate functions to enable performance including project management, facility management, lease transaction requests, and/or other resources.
  • 10+ years relevant expertise in the corporate real estate business.
  • Experience with budget oversight responsibility.
  • Experience working with executive level management.


  • Superior team engagement and building skills.
  • Ability to travel to portfolio locations as required and needed.
  • Quick thinker, ability to prioritize and assess and respond to issues and identify possible solutions.
  • Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) - CoreNet certification.
