• Pay: $18-22.00 USD per hour
• Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods.

What You'll Do

• Greet service customers, identify concerns, and complete a vehicle walk-around.
• Build accurate repair orders in ADP based on customer concerns and recommended services.
• Explain service needs, pricing, repair timelines, and multi-point inspection recommendations clearly.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs, additional services, and updated estimates before work proceeds.
• Dispatch repair orders to technicians and coordinate workflow based on department procedures.
• Partner with technicians to understand diagnoses, repair needs, and completed work.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with status updates and revised completion times.
• Review completed services, final charges, and repair recommendations with customers at vehicle delivery.
• Process service payments accurately and ensure a professional, efficient vehicle handoff.
• Support the Sales-to-Service process by welcoming new customers and introducing them to the dealership's service experience.

What You'll Bring

• Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
• Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
