Express Lane Service Advisor

Gossett VW of Germantown is currently seeking an Express Lane Service Advisor to work with our Express Lane team!

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly who arrive at the Express Lane
• Obtaining customer and vehicle information
• Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
• Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
• Provide concierge support for all guest inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years’ experience required
• Must maintain high level of guest satisfaction
• General knowledge about the automotive industry
• Must have computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
• ADP experience is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude
• High volume mentality
• Team player
• Sales experience is a plus
• CSI focused
