Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CAE NVH Engineer with experience in finite element modeling, structural dynamics, vibration analysis, and acoustic simulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ANSA, Abaqus, and Nastran and be capable of supporting vehicle and component-level NVH development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate FE models for NVH simulations using ANSA.
• Perform modal, frequency response, vibration, and durability-related analyses using Abaqus and Nastran.
• Conduct NVH studies including:
  • Modal Analysis
  • Frequency Response Analysis (FRF)
  • Transfer Path Analysis (TPA)
  • Acoustic and Vibration Analysis
  • Dynamic Stiffness Evaluation
• Correlate CAE results with test data and recommend design improvements.
• Analyze noise and vibration issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Work closely with design, testing, and product development teams.
• Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings to stakeholders.
• Support optimization activities to improve vehicle and component NVH performance.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in ANSA for FE model building and meshing.
• Hands-on experience with Abaqus and MSC Nastran.
• Good understanding of:
  • Structural Dynamics
  • NVH Fundamentals
  • Modal Analysis
  • Harmonic Analysis
  • Frequency Domain Analysis
  • Vibration and Acoustic Behavior
• Experience in automotive CAE simulations.
• Ability to interpret and correlate simulation and test results.
