🌟 What You Will Do

As a Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you’ll play a vital role in keeping lives and property safe by ensuring sprinkler systems meet all safety standards. You’ll perform quality inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

 How You Will Do It

βœ… Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, and installations of life safety products (and competitive brands)

⚑ Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices

πŸ’» Complete and archive inspection documentation via laptop

πŸ› οΈ Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision

πŸ“… Follow a structured inspection schedule and complete assignments on time

πŸ“„ Read & interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manuals

🀝 Provide excellent customer service and clear communication

πŸ”’ Always follow safety guidelines and procedures

βž• Perform other duties as assigned

βœ… What We Look For

Required:

🧯 5–10 years of documented experience in sprinkler systems

πŸ“œ REM-I License (Texas Department of Insurance requirement)

πŸ”§ Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems

πŸ—‚οΈ Ability to read & interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics

πŸ› οΈ Skilled with hand tools and multi-meters

πŸ’ͺ Physical ability to lift/move 50–70 lbs & work in challenging spaces (ladders, scaffolding, crawl spaces, ceilings)

⏰ Flexibility to work on-call, nights, weekends, and travel as needed

🚐 Valid driver’s license & acceptable driving record

πŸ›‘οΈ Ability to pass background & drug test

πŸ˜€ Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and quick learner

Preferred:

πŸ’§ Backflow Certification

πŸŽ–οΈ NICET Level II Certification
