Experience Design Specialist

We are looking to hire a Design specialist who can conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through methods like interviews, surveys, and focus groups.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through methods like interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and test user flows.
• Design the visual aspects of the user interface, ensuring it is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Conduct usability tests to identify issues and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
• Organize and structure content effectively to make it easy for users to navigate and find information.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align design with business goals, and present findings and concepts for feedback

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Proven experience in UX design and research, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• A degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong ability to conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and interpret data to inform design decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
