About the Job
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years working in a Hospitality company
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Hotel or Service Residence operations
- Proficient in Property Management System, preferably RMS
- Self-starter who is meticulous and able to work independently and across teams
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge and competency in business processing mapping and documentation

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to review and maintain the different Operational Brand Standards & Guidelines for managed and franchise properties
- Assist to integrate over 8 different Global Brand Standards and Guidelines and incorporating Brand-specific requirements
- Review and update Food & Beverage Standards and Guidelines (S&G)
- Review, maintain and update PMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with maintaining our Franchise Portal
- Provide support on Pre-openings Reviews (POP) updates
- Identify and analyse ways to improve operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in business operations
