MasonWest is currently looking to add 2 experienced recruiters to our growing operation.  

Job Description:

Reporting to the COO you will be involved directly with top clients. This candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment roll up their sleeves, have fun, and get the job done. This candidate will work on multiple searches simultaneously. Future opportunities exist in a number of areas.

Core Responsibilities:

• Grow with the firm and function as an instrumental, influential leader. Strong motivation to advance in the firm.
• Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-range development of the firm.
• Manage entire search process from start to completion including, but not limited to, the following:
• Recruit passive candidates almost exclusively.
• Candidate development.
• Presenting candidates to clients.
• Experience presenting candidates to clients in a professional and polished fashion is crucial.
• Managing client deliverables to targeted search expectations
• Must possess excellent business writing skills. Candidate must be able to write job specifications and candidate profiles.
• The candidate will be directly involved in filling searches and provide direction and guidance to candidates and clients.

• 5+ years’ experience in executive search or corporate recruiting.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in retained search or experience with a smaller high-level boutique firm is preferred
• Must have successfully managed multiple searches
• Successful record of taking searches from beginning to completion within a timeline.
• Candidate must be an innovative strong networker in order to find passive candidates and referrals.
• Polished in presentations, outstanding communication skills and strong commanding phone presence
• Aggressive self-starter
• Hands-on experience working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire and ability to learn client’s business
• You must be able to oversee all components of the search process and have a successful record of completing searches.
• Must possess appropriate business demeanor to work with clients directly.
