Executive - Quality Control

Job Description:

1. To review the analysis result of the analyst and validate analytical methods to be consistent with the process or procedure or work instruction.

2. To control the quality of all process is met the specification and work instruction.

3. To implement all tools to ensure a continuous improvement such as Lean, Six Sigma and ISO 17025.

4. To prepare technical documents for customer according to their request including verification according to the quality system.

5. To train and educate all subordinates to have knowledge to do the analysis on QC methods (OJT).

6. To take care of all QC equipment to be used effectively and calibrated according to the plan.

7. To co-ordinate with all relevant departments to produce the good products and on time delivery.

8. When we face the problem, he need to brainstorming to get root cause, corrective and preventive action to ensure that the problem will not reoccur again
