Job description

[What the role is]

This Executive supports the administration, operations and business development in the Continuing Education Training (CET) office in areas such as programme administration and logistics support for CET programmes, financial reporting, handling and planning of facilities resource for CET programmes and system administration and onboarding.

[What you will be working on]

  • Provide a range of administrative support to ensure successful onboarding of CET learners for all Academic CET, SkillsFuture and customised programmes.
  • Provide administrative support to applicants and learners enrolled in all CET programmes.
  • Handle admission evaluation support and related matters for all CET programmes.
  • Attend to enquiries on Skills Training & Enhancement Portal (STEP) processes, admin, finance, course and course application matters. 
  • Liaison with Corporate departments (as well as external agencies like SSG) on admission/enrolment/funding & other matters.
  • Perform data verification of historical data migrated from Student Information Management System (SIMS) to STEP.
  • Track grant disbursement for learners and prepare reports on the status of learners’ progress.
  • Ad-hoc assignments.
