About the Job

As an Executive Business Partner, you will support our newly appointed Chief Strategy Officer. You'll manage their complex schedule, build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless execution of key tasks. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $156000 - $171000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars to reflect priorities, minimize conflicts, and design highly efficient domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Act as the primary gateway for executive leadership, fostering trusted, collaborative connections with board leads, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes, managing financial administration, and handling high-volume correspondence to maximize overall productivity.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making by preparing agendas and briefing materials, capturing clear meeting minutes, and ensuring all action items are diligently tracked and completed.
  • Partner closely with the CSO and Chief of Staff to anticipate needs, propose solutions, manage organizational communications, and execute impactful internal and external events.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders in a professional environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with C-level executives and VPs, maintaining absolute confidentiality on all sensitive business matters.
  • Ability to operate under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting swiftly to changing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong professional relationships.
