Executive Assistant/ Communication

Lumi LED Lights is a Lebanon-based e-commerce brand offering modern lighting products, including LED strips, projectors, and neon décor. We manage sourcing, marketing, and direct sales online, focusing on quality, affordability, and enhancing interior spaces with creative lighting solutions.

Location: Tripoli – Miten, Duwwar el Mal3ab (Hybrid role: in-office + online)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant / Communication Specialist to join our team at Lumi LED. This role is hybrid, combining in-office support with remote online communication tasks.

Responsibilities

In-office (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM):

• Packing and preparing customer orders
• Inventory management and stock organization
• Administrative tasks and logistics support

Online (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM):

• Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
• Posting stories and updates on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Monitoring DMs/comments and ensuring professional communication
• Supporting online tasks flexibly during the day

Content Support:

• Occasionally (around 2 hrs/week), assist in content creation and behind-the-scenes tasks

Compensation

• Trial month (paid): $200
• After trial: $250/month

Schedule

• In-office: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Online: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: Off

• Must have a laptop (work phone will be provided)
• Good communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Organized, reliable, and responsive

Compensation (from employer):
250 – 250 USD (MONTHLY)
