- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with executive leadership across the business and external partners to ensure alignment, timeliness, and delivery on key matters.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with utmost professionalism, always representing the CEO's office with integrity.
What you need.

- Full fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of resilience, being able to work in a standalone, "one-man-show" environment
- High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and professional maturity when engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence using digital collaboration and productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple competing priorities with precision.
- Discretion, resilience, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and changing business needs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
- Excellent planning and coordination capabilities, including the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive follow-through on actions.
- Strong business acumen and project coordination skills, with the ability to support strategic priorities and contribute to the smooth operation of the CEO’s office.

In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the end-to-end sales and delivery lifecycle of AI-based products and services. Working closely with senior leaders and global stakeholders, they will develop a comprehensive understanding of how AI solutions are positioned, sold, and scaled across enterprise customers, particularly within the banking sector.
