• Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, significant telephone and electronic communication with colleagues, senior level management and stakeholders
• Schedule and facilitate meetings and conference scheduling
• Schedule and coordinate travel
• Process expense reports and maintain records related to travel reimbursements
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Minimum of an Associate Degree
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience
• Experience managing multiple electronic calendars and contacts simultaneously; making travel arrangements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Superior phone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience handling travel expense reporting
• Ability to pay close attention to detail including careful review and preparation of work
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
• Adaptable, quick learner
• Strong understanding of confidentiality
• Proficient with Concur, SAP or other business financial software
