Job description

NeoWork is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our executive team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Assist with project management and special assignments.
  • Support other administrative tasks to facilitate smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
