We are expanding our outpatient psychiatry team and seeking passionate, board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists to work in a hybrid model in Austin, Houston, or Dallas.

  • Elite Compensation & Benefits:
    • Guaranteed salary for the first 9 months, followed by a 60/40 split with uncapped earning potential.
    • Supervision is paid at $1,000 per month per supervisee.

Your Impactful Role

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
  • Provide high-quality, in-person care from one of our professional offices in Austin, Houston, or Dallas.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and leadership to ensure seamless, ethical care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees.

Qualifications

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (MD/DO).
  • Active Texas Medical License and DEA.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
